The Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2017

The Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 received Royal Assent on the 26th April 2016. 

These regulations were brought in on the 24th April 2017, and include the provisions of domestic abuse aggravation, non harassment orders in criminal cases, and jury direction relating to sexual offences.
