Iceni House is a residential care home providing personal care and support to 60 people aged 65 and over at the time of the inspection. The service can support up to 75 people.

The care home consisted of two units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor of the building. Each floor providing single accommodation for people requiring residential or more specialist dementia care.
